In accordance with article 6-III of French Act No. 2004-575 of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (LCEN), the identity of the various parties involved in the creation and maintenance of the moywa.com website and of the Moywa application is set out below.

Publisher of the website and the application

Corporate purpose

The corporate purpose of Green Cloud and Blockchain SARL comprises: the provision of payment services, of domestic and international funds transfer services, and of electronic money exchange operations, acting as a distributor or agent of authorised payment service providers; the issuance, distribution and management of electronic money and of stablecoins; the operation of digital payment platforms for consumers and businesses; and all related activities of consulting, technical integration and distribution of fintech solutions.

Hosting

User data and the application database are hosted by Supabase Inc. (eu-central-1 region, Frankfurt, Germany).

Intellectual property — MOYWA trade mark

The MOYWA® trade mark is registered with the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) on 21 April 2026 under number 019351009, in classes 9 (software) and 36 (financial and monetary services), for the 27 countries of the European Union. Proprietor: Green Cloud and Blockchain SARL.

All content of the moywa.com website and of the Moywa application (text, graphics, logos, icons, images, source code) is the exclusive property of Green Cloud and Blockchain SARL or of its partners, and is protected by French and international intellectual property law. Any reproduction or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Regulated services and partners

Moywa is a technical and commercial interface operated by Green Cloud and Blockchain SARL, acting as a technical distributor of Bridge.xyz services. The regulated services are provided by the following partners, under their own authorisations:

• Bridge Building S.A. (26 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg) — Custody of crypto-assets and of fiat funds, payment services (SEPA EUR virtual accounts, USD ACH/Wire, GBP Faster Payments), exchange services between stablecoins and fiat. Bridge Building S.A. is authorised and supervised by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF, Luxembourg) as a crypto-asset service provider (CASP) under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA), authorisation No. N00000012, and as an electronic money institution under the Luxembourg Act of 10 November 2009 on payment services, authorisation No. W00000024. These authorisations benefit from the European passport (27 EU Member States). Bridge holds the private keys of the wallets and holds Users' funds.
• Circle Internet Financial Europe SAS (France) — Issuer of the USDC and EURC stablecoins, authorised as an electronic money institution (EMI) by the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR).
• Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland) — Card payment processing for Moywa subscriptions.

Custody of funds and limitation of liability

Users' fiat funds (EUR, USD, GBP) and stablecoins (USDC, EURC) are held exclusively by Bridge Building S.A., which holds the private keys of the blockchain wallets and the funds of the virtual bank accounts. Green Cloud and Blockchain SARL has no direct control over Users' funds.

In accordance with the Bridge user agreement accepted by each User upon registration, Bridge may, as part of its compliance obligations (KYC, AML, CFT, international sanctions):

• Suspend or close (offboard) a User account;
• Block, freeze or confiscate funds;
• Refuse to execute a payment transaction;
• Report a suspicion to financial intelligence units or competent authorities;
• Apply measures arising from international sanctions (EU, UN, OFAC).

Green Cloud and Blockchain SARL cannot be held liable for compliance decisions taken by Bridge Building S.A., nor for their consequences for the User (in particular offboarding, blocking of funds, refusal to execute). Those decisions are the sole responsibility of Bridge in its capacity as a provider of regulated services, authorised and supervised by the CSSF. For any dispute concerning a compliance decision, the User must contact Bridge directly in accordance with the terms of their user agreement. The full terms are set out in article 13 of the Terms of Service.

Governing law

This legal notice is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the moywa.com website or to the Moywa application falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to the mandatory consumer protection rules allowing the consumer to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence (article 17 of the Brussels I bis Regulation No. 1215/2012).

Protection of personal data

The processing of Users' personal data is governed by our Privacy policy, accessible from the Moywa application and the moywa.com website, which complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and with the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés).
