Both are served for Tanzania. Mobile money needs a number, a bank transfer needs account details. Ask your recipient what they use.
Which bank details do I need?
Your recipient’s own, exactly as their bank gave them.
Does the name have to match the bank account?
Yes. A transfer to an account whose holder doesn’t match the name you entered can be rejected by the receiving bank.
Which currency do they receive?
